which is repeated on the frieze, above a turned central column carved with acanthus,
resting on a plate-form base, with large bun feet and concealed brass castors.

AN IMPORTANT IRISH GEORGE II MAHOGANY HUNT TABLE
An important and extremely Large Irish George II figured mahogany hunt table or wakes table. The drop leaf top making a huge oval twelve seater dining table, with the original brown oak frame and retaining all the original legs. This table is an early example and was made in the mid 18th Century for an Important Irish Family.
